Do I have to sign up for online access to w2's and is it free. when will it be mailed out? I'm afraid it will go to the wrong address. Don't know if I change my address in express he if that is enough time for them to send the w2 to the right address.
you have to get to it through HRExpress. Login there and click the "MyHRInfo" graphic near the top.right corner and click the links to get in
Then you haft to click to sign up to get them electronically
Electronic W-2s will be available around 01-21-2019. In order to take advantage of electronic W-2s, your consent for online delivery must be completed prior to 01-10-2019.
