I have seen people make bitching posts about their store, coworkers and payroll. I don't think that site is the appropriate place to make negative posts. Your user id can be tracked and your store manager can be contacted about them.
If a person doesn't like their job, they should go find a better one instead of bitching about it online.
At the end of the day, all retail jobs are the same. Companies want the most labor for the least expense. A person will either like their company or they won't.

I don't think all retail jobs are the same just like all Kroger locations aren't the same. However I don't think posting negative things on yodel is smart. It us clearly made for the company to see and to inform and form a community like feel, throughout the company. I have never visited the site, but from what I have heard, it us not a place to be candid.
I've been told to post things on there before as a dept. head but that's all i'll do. The last post i did was a picture of my Thanksgiving pie display.
4hourrush you are being told to post things on Yodel? That would not fly with me!
Same. Salaried management has to use it every once in a while but I don't have time for it, and I damn sure aren't doing it off the clock. But I rarely even use facebook and don't have a twitter or anything so maybe I'm just antisocial
