Because I'm full time and suppose to get a raise every 6 months. Haven't gotten one at all last year except the 25 cent living wage increase, lol. Do I take this issue to HR or call the union ( I'm not apart of the union of course ) or is it just depends on the division ( I'm Atlanta btw ) thanks.
If you're topped out, then there are no additional raises, other than the cost of living increase, which I believe you only get when the union and Kroger sign a new contract. But if ExpressHR shows you at Job Step 500, then that typically means you're topped out for your job classification and status.
