Easy, man. You make it sound like I've been here for years upon years. Nah, last year was my first and only tax year with Kroger. And I can't remember exactly which week they mailed it. Was hoping they'd mail it next week, but if they're going to wait until the deadline, then feh.

Actually, I need the money. I met this really hot girl and took her on a date partying at a casino. So to impress her, I gambled away my life savings cause I thought I'd win it all back at a blackjack table. So, I tried to keep my cool and secretly acquired a loan from a loanshark cause I knew this time, I'd definitely win it all back and then some. But, I didn't, and now I owe the loanshark, so time is of the essence. I value my kneecaps.

You won't get your money any time soon, since the Government is still shut down.

Why wait for them to mail it to you? Go on HR Express or Express HR and get it there. Once you log in, click the logo in the top right corner. The one that says MyHRInfo. It will open up a portal to all of your W-2's.

Alternatively, if you ask nicely, your ASP can print it out for you.

Advice: Use TurboTax to do your taxes. It is free and you can get your full return without money being taken out.

Avoid TurboTax. They try selling you BS you don't need the entire time. H&R Block does free E-filing too but without the constant attempt to upsell.

But all you have to do is click no thanks. As long as you do that, you can file for free. H&R Block may efile for free but they charge you to do your taxes therefore your tax return will be less. Whats a little advertising along the way? You literally just click No Thanks. Is it really that much of a hassle you would rather pay $100 or more instead? **** that. I want all of my money. and you should too.

No they don't. There's dozens of companies that offer free prep and e-filing through an IRS program if you meet the requirements, and if you're working here it's pretty certain you're under the income requirement. Often free state returns too if you have state taxes. https://apps.irs.gov/app/freeFile/

I do mine online every year on FreeTaxUSA, it's not difficult at all. My dad taught me how to do my own taxes years ago...
