Kroger in Corbin KY, at 14889 N Us Highway 25 E, Corbin, KY 40701 has a theft problem at the Gas Pumps.  I had 1000 December points, 1 dollar discount, used from my account on Thursday 01/17/2019, at 5:55 pm.  I purchase gasoline there occasionally due to cost and convenience.  When I went to the window to pay and apply my points from December, of which I had 1390, I was told I only had a few points from the current month of January.  I printed off the activity in my account and found that someone had purchased gas about 1 hr. before I arrived at the same Kroger.  I know they're on video, since everything is recorded, and I have the time of the purchase.  I will be talking to the manager and the loss prevention person in the store.  THEY HAVE AN EMPLOYEE PROBLEM.

How is it an Employee Problem? People use others ALT ID's all the time, I'm sure there are plenty of non-employees entering an employees ALT ID to get the employee discount. Since it was the same fuel center you normally visit, did you ask other family members? Normally, if points are being deducted fraudulently, its someone using the ALT ID in another City, State.

lol, which reminds me. I need to change my alternate ID cause I recently spotted a couple purchases on my plus card, while looking at my account on the kroger website, that I definitely did not buy. And I'm the only one who knows this alternate ID, lol.

Alright, from the main page, assuming you've logged in to your account, look for the "My Account" link at the top of the page. Should be right next to the shopping cart icon. When your mouse goes over it, a drop down menu will reveal the "My Purchases" link.
