I am ex employee who hasn’t received their W-2 yet

 Does anyone on here know how to go about getting my W-2. I went to the store of the human resources director was really rude and told me they mailed them out it is now the third I still havent received it. Is there a number I can call Or what should I do. Thank you

It says something about a dispatch ticket and nothing about kroger

Mine showed up today.  Kroger is just taking their sweet time.

If it's a big deal, you can probably access it online.
