Our produce department gets ****ed. Our front end suuuuuuuuuucks, so produce spends a hell of a lot of time cashiering.
Sometimes, they've cashier so much that they get written up for their department getting trashed. So, they stop coming up to cashier in order to save their department, and get written up for that instead. Or suspended.
Depending on how poorly the front end is running, we even end up with produce guys getting fired or quitting.
