Will pay be adjusted to match night shift pay? In my Division night shift starts off at 11.10, but i'm making 8.85. I'm not talking about the 50 cent premium, but will my Pay be raised to match the starting pay for Nightshift? It'd make no sense for a new hire to make more than me, because I transferred to nights when they started in nights. I've been with Kroger for 2 years, and a night shift clerk would be making near 11.50 at that point. Also will be receiving Lead Dairy spot.
I would prefer nights, less traffic get more things done. However i'm not sure if the pay rate will be made to be making what night shift at least starts off at.
