Well, it breaks down like this: if you're termed, you actually have to pay back the training $$ they spent on you, and that comes out of any sick/vaycay hours. Those lacking, they auto deduct from your direct deposit acct. (you agrred to that when you signed the hiring papers). Quit = you just lose .5 of them. 2 weeks notice means you get a bonus check, part of the incentive plane, it's called 'Do the Right Thing', they rolled it out a few years ago.

Don't see how taking money out of someone's check is legaL. What division is this? Mine doesn't do this either
