From this article:   "Two GE employees, who asked not be identified, described chaos on the factory floor.

"He was pretty much just stuck there until someone could look over and see him or hear his screams for help," an employee said.

Both employees say numerous complaints have been filed about the fixture and what they say are faulty safety features.

"There is a gate that when it opens, it's supposed to stop the line as a safety precaution and it did not work," an employee said.

They claim those complaints and other safety concerns have consistently fallen on deaf ears.

"The company loves to tell us that safety is their No.1 issue but it's not. They put it on the back burner," an employee said.

Both employees told WLKY they believe GE is prioritizing production over worker safety.

"They don't take safety seriously. Anytime something breaks, they slap a piece of tape on it and keep running production because they need their numbers," an employee said."

Hmmm...  reminds me of Kroger policy........."safety first" is just a phony talking point..............

all fake news. the associates were just stupid and careless. It's disgusting reading those lies they said about the company in order to have some fame. Maybe next time they should jerk each other off some where more private
