Sort of. Barely anyone wears black pants anymore though. Everyone just wears blue jeans or whatever. We haven't gotten rid of the uniform shirts yet though.
No. So long as your cloths are in good attire (not ripped, dirty, torn, proper fitting...) you're fine. Jeans, work provided polo, dark colored shoes. That's it. Kroger is encouraging the grunge look.
