I don't identify myself as a Kroger employee on my FB page. Have you ever experienced hassles from management over your internet postings or what you do on your off hours? Just asking-so far I haven't
I have most of my coworkers on facebook. I even have my deli/bakery coordinator on there. I don't really post anything too bad on there (and if i would i can block whoever I want on a certain post) so i don't care if they see anything.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with being friends with your coworkers as long as it doesn't cross any lines or cause any problems...

i was butt ****ed by a co worker. is that crossing the line?
I don't care if management and co-workers see my.fb page. I never post anything that p*sses me off about my job on there anyways. Plus if I'm 'hassled' on what I've posted that I've done, I tell them "my time off is my time. As long as it's not anything illegal, or against the company it's my business.
