I cant clock in anymore since the start of this week. And on the website where you check your pay stub, my vacation time no longer shows in the 'About My Personal Profile' link. I already told my assistant manager about the clock-in thing and even she says it's weird. I try to clock in and it tells me "invalid ID, please see manager". I've been at my store for years and this is the first that this has ever happened.

No doubt a screw up it happens all the time at kroger...
The data on the 'About My Personal Profile' link is normally inaccurate.
You might have forgotten to clock out form the previous shift.
Someone might have made a schedule change and your kronos were accidentally deleted.
You will know when you are fired.
OP here, yeah it was a screw up. The new HR accidentally deleted me from Kronos. I should be able to clock back in this Friday according to what I was told. It's still odd that I was deleted. My name must have been underneath or on top of some other person that they meant to click on.
