this Kroger conglomerate does not make this time clock system into a so-called "open schedule" for ALL employees. It is so assed backwards that people who come into work late are able to clock in, Scott-free. But people who are early need to "see a manager or fill in a time sheet" in order to get paid. It is freakin asinine!

HEY! I AM ALLOWED TO COME INTO WORK LATE!! AND STILL BE ABLE TO CLOCK IN WITH NO PROBLEMS!!! THANK YOU JESUS!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU KROGER OFFICES!!!!!!!1!1!1!11!!!!!!!1!1!11!!!!!!!1

Its make no sens! This is the only job system that I have worked for where you do not get disciplined for coming in late. Especially as a night stocker.  WHO can I speak to in this corporation to get to the bottom of this?  Freakin aye man. I feel like there is  no end to this

night crew a privilege?  what are you smoking?  I told them if they ever switch us to night crew, I'll quit on the spot.  Work all night, sleep all day, skin gets more pale, messed up sleep schedule if you don't get back to back days off.  Overnight only has 1 benefit...no management and no customers

It's because they are more willing to pay you less hours than pay you over-time. I know it is a stupid system, but with the Union/Job security the company has to have it's limits and some control.
