A "food desert" is created when a store in a poor neighborhood becomes so unprofitable due to theft, that it has to close. Then the thieves who caused the store to close, start crying that they're in a "food desert" and can't get to the nearest grocery store. Google Kroger store closings, this has become all too common.

its true though. black woman will go pay 400 bucks to get their fake ass hair done rather than feed their kids. blacks rather buy 30 inch rims for cruise liner sized cars rather than get clothes for their kids. pathetic

Actually, that's true. The only Kroger store in the black section of town had to close down because of all the shoplifting and vandalism. I swear, anytime you give those people something, they tear it up and then raise a fuss because they don't have anything.
