My district CSC made a new rule: If a customer walks out with an unpaid order on uscan we should suspend it. Then cash it at the podium/pay station.
That's horrifying. Now uscan will be a grand or two or whatever short every single day.
And it will be your fault. Oh well, at least you hated working here.
What do you mean "cash it"-a walkaway at SCO is SHOPLIFTING!!
"cash it" means,process it as if they payed in cash at the podium but without adding cash to the till resulting in a cash shortage.
They just told us this at my store too.
I wonder what the purpose of this is?
