I used to get 30 plus hours, but I guess 2019 onwards with AMAZON killing us with their delivery service, our industry is in threat!!! Anyone else used to get many hours and now stuck at a ****hole since January? I don't think we EVER will see a rise in hours anymore, 2018 was the last year of this. Slow time in the winter MY ASS. It wouldn't shock me if we were all underemployed from now on.

No one can explain why we lost hours the week going into Easter vs the first week of April.

Hmmm. You guys cant go help another store on one of the days that you're off? That's what I used to have to do whenever my hours were in the crapper. I'd seek out another store in my area and ask if they needed help. If yes, then I'd go earn me some money. Sucks sometimes. Cause I'd rather earn that money at my own store.
From what I have been told, the hours are being cut company wide. I am in the bakery and I have 30 hours less for my department than I had for the week leading into easter last year. I dont even have enough hours to schedule everyone in my department. The last month I have been over scheduled and my part time people are only getting 15 hours.
I had 147 hours for my two week schedule, for the beginning of May. We are going into cake season for graduation, and they decide to cut 30 hours off my schedule? I'm already scheduled a little over, i have to be able to at least have 3 of us a day to even function. They don't care what they're doing to us.
