In the remodel chicken shop got a really nice new dishwasher. It's huge and cost close to $1000. That was in February. It's never been used. The soap has to be special ordered and they won't order it for them. What is the point then?

Only $1000? That sounds like it's not a very good dishwasher. I thought those big dishmachines they use in the deli areas cost a lot more than that. But maybe I am wrong. However, most of those (if not at all Kroger stores??) are supposed to be supplied with detergents by/through ECOLAB, our friendly auditor, general nitpicker, pest and poisons supplier.
We dont have a special dishwasher like that, although I never use the one we have! It doesn't do much cleaning, it gets so much dirt, grime and build up in it within just a couple days of being scrubbed down and it's just pointless to me! I wish we had a dishwasher that you like dishes in for a cycle and they come out the other end like an assembly line. I just handwash everything, it's much more efficient on cleaning greasy dishes
