Our hours are 10-5 but after 5 they always bother someone from Produce to do Floral duties if there is a customer-it isn't the other way around, Floral being asked to help in Produce. Is this happening in your store too?
At the store I worked at we normally only had actual people from 7-2:30 and sometimes from 10-5 on holidays after that it was produce people doing balloons/finding things. (This was at a ~200k store)
