Happened to me. I actually had to tell them I was getting a root canal done (in reality a simple cavity filled) just so I wouldnt have to keep rescheduling my appointment which I have done 3 times already.
Next step was a call out or no show to keep my appointment.
You have a scheduler? Dang! We got nothing. The company will always listen to the reasons we give for needing time off. After all it is our private business and we are required to help them attack our privacy.
