We have several homeless people that sometimes hang out in our store. One man uses the men's facilities to wash himself. The woman who pushes the wheelchair has been kicked out of our store several times. Are homeless people an issue in your store and if so, how are they dealt with?
I had a bum come into my store a month ago who wheeled in a big luggage briefcase. He had it sitting in the liquor aisle. I watched him stand at the end of the aisle, peeking down the aisle waiting for the coast to be clear. He ended up filling up the briefcase with as many bottles of vodka and and other liquor as much as he could. He was casually about to stroll out of the door until I flagged down the security guard and another worker to stop him. The security guard opened up his briefcase and saw all of the bottles. Had to have been a couple hundred bucks worth of liquor he was about to walk out with. That's the only experience I witnessed regarding a homeless person. There's another guy who sleeps on the side of the store at night but that's it.
We let them steal as much as they want as often as they can.
Loss prevention only hassles employees, and only from 9:00-5:00.
Prolly a troll, but if not it's f u c k heads like you behind why decades-old stores go out of business. Too busy scrolling your phones, crying about how you don't get paid enough and generally not giving a sh!t. I seriously hope you catch a bullet in your stupid head.
