Now usually they drag a cc from their duties to train a new hire if the new hire is a cc. Same with UCs. They drag them from what they need to do to train the new guys that have been hired on as as extra cc or uc.
For real? They use to send new hires to the training center. That's been discontinued?
Other then the HR functions that happened there, the training should have been done by actual Department Managers/Leads. If they were thinking, they should have had 5 qualified Department Managers/Leads from each department "qualified" and had them take turns leading the training. Starting the new hire on a Sunday was my favorite thing to do, I would always tell them "Sundays are the hardest" and learning happens the fastest. If you can handle this, you got everything else.....and they were always partnered with someone else the whole day.
There was one a few weeks ago that was a brand of water.
I think that was last week for us. But one thing's for sure, they didn't make a huge display at the front end for it with a big ol' sign that says "FREE FRIDAY DOWNLOAD" like they used to in the past. Nobody even knew there was a free friday download, me included, except a couple customers, and I had to ask where it was, the water was all the way in the back of the water isle, and there was like only 10 of 'em there.
