Honestly even if you try to help make something better they kill it. I have tires several times to try and make things easy by coming up with new way to make our jobs easier such as organization or suggestion. I come up with the paperwork and plans and still nothing not even them looking it over just a laugh and put into the garbage. At least you could look at it i understand that y dont take orders from employees and you say you hear me but apparently you dont. I think management should work in all departments including front end to better understand what we as employees go through but no one will read this anyway.
