Poorly written someone criticizing those that don't speak the language. There are better ways to phrase this. Yes it's a pain when people pretend to ignore you and you know they speak English to some degree. Yes this is one of the few countries where you can move to and not learn the language after 50 years. Are you illiterate or under educated? This is badly written.

Calm down, friend! It can be easy for you but not so easy for foreign guys who have not been learning English since their birth. But it's quite simple to do it online nowadays. So, I partly agree with your emotions. I've recently read an article about beautiful idioms in English. Try to use them more often!
