I'm tired of stupid people. Especially people who love food but are total idiots when purchasing it.
Lady starts purchasing a bag with two honey crisp apples.
She complains that these are not honey crisps. (Because the tag say "Rainer" on it.) She rudely tries to make me put them back.
I try to tell her professionally that they are honey crisp but she's too stupid to understand. Nor will even listen to me. She demands me to put them back. I refuse to.
I tell her that I can't leave the area. Then start bouncing between other self check customers due to it being busy. She gives me the 15 year old how dare you walk away from me look and realizes it's a hopeless endeavor. As I'm busy bouncing between self check customers.
She proceeds to put them back her self annoyed. Tries to talk to me. Thank god the manager called me away because he's needing assistance in the check stand for a procedure that he doesn't do much.
This is the third time she's complained about her groceries. I'm beginning to wonder how the hell she even passed kindergarten as we are taught these things in elementary school.
At this point I'm so irritated with her arrogance and stupidity that Ican't even bring my self to finish assisting her and hold her and through her damn order. She tried to complain several more times but I was too busy to help her and she just gave up.
She wants assistance but wont flippen listen to reason. I hate her every time she comes through same damn story but with different items.
Thank god self check and other things kept calling me away from her. Good how stupid can you be? I'll assist professionally within reason but if you're that stupid; please don't ask questions use your god given brain. She obviously doesn't have grocery/food smarts. An elementary schoolers is smarter than her for crying out loud.

A) Your customer may be stupid, but you also need to educate yourself and realize the apple is called a HONEYCRISP (one word) not HONEY CRISP.
What do you mean "we are taught these things in elementary school"? I don't remember being taught anything about Honeycrisp apples in grade school. Or do you mean they now teach the differences between brand names, company names, and apple cultivars/variant names in elementary school? I don't think so! At some grade schools nowadays, they are so busy teaching kids nonsense, like ultra-leftist liberal politically-correct stuff ("I can't decide which gender I am, so I will go to the bathroom that I feel like I am, never mind my physical appearance") , and not teaching them how to write in cursive, so that they don't leave time to teach about Honeycrisp apples, or even about Gala, Yellow Delicious, Opal, Granny Smith, or Fuji either!!
Years ago, when I was a checker, some old woman asked me if we had any Peppomints? I had no idea what she was talking about but she insisted we carried them. In turned out she was asking for peppermint Lifesavers. The package says Pep-o-mint but since I don't buy them, I didn't know that. If she had just said Lifesavers, I would have known what she was talking about.
