I'm quitting Kroger after 5 years. I was offered a full-time lead toddler teacher position at a daycare. The pay is so much better. This is the day I've been waiting for! I have no shame or guilt in this decision.
I guess with my slower learning I'm just too afraid to move on. I've lost too many jobs because of it. Most don't even give me a chance. I'm the best worker you'll ever have once I get it down. Guess most company don't want to take a year to ace it or deal with a dshs coach for me to get it down. Just as I'm starting to figure it out at the 60 day mark they say good bye.
