Was just thinking on ways customers can abuse this. Isn't there a limit on the number of times a customer can get free items? I know there's the $5 max per item, and I know you only get one free item per flavor or variety of that item.
But what if the customer gets creative. Gets like several different items, all over $5 each, they're different brands and different flavors. I mean, if a customer has four of these different items, and they claim they're the wrong price, that's $20 right then and there.

Who cares? This company pays cheap as hell and the CEO and the rest of those greedy bastards just got raises BIG raises and youre crying over 20 bucks? jesus you must make $2.35 an hour
Customers know how to scam the system. I've given up trying a long time ago. Trying to do good in this company means you'll have a bad day from a customer screaming your ear off over a damn $1. First company where I've worked that can't say no this is the tag you're wrong! Deal with it.
