Vacation pay will cash out. It's earned money. They can't withhold it from you. Don't forget your personal day and fill out an over ride to get paid for that or you loose it. Assumingly you're at your one year mark with the company.
It has definitely been well over 5 years. I dont trust them with these kind of things is why I as here in the forum. I tried to look up an employee handbook to verify as well. I am ready to quit!

My store told me i had to be there either 2 or 3 years to get paid for personal day, although i have been there over a year now. I think it showed me 8 hours of personal time.
