The owner of a business some how had several soda reign checks. He brought the whole order up and I scanned it all. Upon payment he showed me the reign check. He became nasty about how I had to rescan it all. Then got nasty when he found out we had to wait for a key flip because the void was over $50. He came through several more times and was nasty about each one making sure he got the "correct price" on everything. He was pissy that I had to scan every one individually. As those are the rules on reign checks. With the exception of maybe three items. Because he was nasty and rude to I went online and left a negative review to the business he owns. Think twice before being a jack a$$ to the cashier.
Do you have any sympathetic management? We generally have the right to limit quantities and especially for resellers, but management won't always back you up.
