Just got hired last week and have had a couple web-inars with Cinci; they say with my Bachelor's degree I should be a cinch for the mgmt training program in no time. I'm looking eagerly forward to this, as I've never worked in retail before, have no intention of actually 'working' in it, and am very happy to soon be in a position where I'll be in charge of things. I've already seen much room for improvement in the store I was hired into. I'm going to make it my personal business to elliminate at least four slackers I keep seeing calling off and jerking around in the store. I can't stand that, it's a pet peve of mine. I'm especially looking forward to donning my Nazi Commander outfit I got on line, with riding crop, and butt f ucking the SH!T out of some of the fine young deli chicks I've seen behind the counter. Oh, I'm gonna make them scream my name, in pleasure and pain!!!!!
To be a real boss, you've got to bone the Starbucks chicks when you get into management. Make sure you knock one up at each store in the district like ours did.
