REAL QUESTION, what do I do?? I can't believe this. I'm a 23 yr old female, this guy is in his 40s, should be a slam dunk someone like that getting a dime dropped on him! But I've beenm to the SM, the district manager, and they all say the same things, 'oh, he's got a solid track record with the company, bla bla'.
Need some thoughts please and NO TROLL RESPONSES. Thank you.
Don't let the company people stop you. You can go to the police but without evidence you might not be able to get very far. You'd need to at least have someone who could back you up, put you both at the scene, and set up a motive. The police may be able to check camera footage but there normally aren't any cameras inside the cooler.
It would be a hard sell if it's just groping and there are no witnesses. It's 100% inappropriate and he shouldn't be doing that. Stay away from them as much as possible and if you have to interact with them do so out in the open where a camera/people can see you. Refuse to go anywhere you wouldn't feel safe. Do your best to not let it escalate.

Some men like younger women they will be trained by the time they are 40 and the man is 60 almost at retirement he would have it made being 60 years old and his old lady bringing in some money and he drawing is retirement check. A 20 year old is not a Child. Back in the day I mean way back older guys used to marry 13 years old girls. I mean like 17 and 18 year old guys and older would marry 13 year old girls. I am an old school guy and I say nothing is wrong as long as the girl is over say 20. No longer a child at 21 you are an adult because most people 21 and up are finished college.
