I also have a house phone but it's a rotary phone I cannot afford a new house phone. I tried putting the phone in my car once with a extra extra extra long cord but it ran out and got broke going around corners and all. So I had to put it back in the house.

Well if you believe it I have some ocean from property for sale in Arizona. But as for CB radio's I do like them and if cell phone network ever fail because of a natural disaster a CB may be the only way to communicate.
