OK So I was on vacation last week. Friday I tried the feed site all day it did not work. I go by the store and the new schedule for this week was nowhere to be found. I looked and looked they have not hung schedules on the wall for over a year. Store manager told front end manager not to hang it. I thought it was a Kroger Company policy to hang schedules. Is there anything that can be done who to call and report? Thanks
They never hang them at my store it's been over a year since they were hung. Other departments hang theirs but not front end.
To be technical, they are not "HUNG" at my store either, or at least it seems like I never see them actually up on a wall. Usually, the schedule for the front end (a sheaf of several papers) is laying around (in a rather disorganized way, not exactly a neat stack) on the counter located on one end of the customer service desk area, near the time log and timeclock.

There probably right in front of your fat face.
Yes you are correct they were right in front of my fat face.

My store is one of the few non union stores but we are on union pay scale. Probably the same policy.

Our departments is always hung up in 3 places actually but only one is the "true" copy as the software for making the schedules sucks big time, we often have edits on that copy with workable hours highlighted (Everyone know to look there and NOT to follow the one online) In fact I can probably find every departments schedule if I had to. The new feed site had made finding things a lot harder, I added up having to find a random load page to get my schedule at home so I could put in tequ sets the main link always gave an error.
