How many of you guys have had to scan a cardboard bale yet before sending it back? How many of you have had to break down a watermelon wrap or other bin and stuff it into the baler? Well, apparently these are the new rules in place now, according to what I've just heard, although I've yet to see how they're going to implement them...What do you guys know about this?

we have always broke down water melon bins. The scan the bales started about 3 months ago. They scan it and someone gets money. I have not yet figured out who gets the money.
