Recently the manager from Night crew always liked to **** with his employees. He told one of his employees to get out because they weren't doing a fast enough job and as they were walking out to the door Matt tries to talk to them to come back and work for him again just because he likes to **** with his employees.
Matt also doesn't like to give people warnings about moving pallets behind his employees an incident happened where one employees foot was caught between two pallets because Matt didn't tell him that he was behind him ramming his foot into the palette and Matt didn't say a word everybody saw it but matt never said anything or apologized.
Two of the employees went to Drew about it and what did Drew about night crew? "You guys are petty"

Hey Drew **** you.
Probably the best piece of social media advice you will ever hear: Be careful about what you post. Use aliases, modify names and places to not be tracked and don't insult any one like this. This is a form of harassment and if you're found out could be a threat and could cause for termination. I made this mistake on another social media reviewing site. I got lucky that I wasn't found out as I probably would have been written up for it or termed. Oh, never review a store on social media until your time is done there. Just in case you do get figured out. Reviews and online comments can and will get you in trouble. Karma does have a way of catching up to you. Do be careful on this website what you post as it can not be deleted.
I know that this company isn't all that great to work for. And lets' face it some of our coworkers are just as bad as the rudest customer. If you don't like them you can: change time frames, move to another store or even quit. This company does expect a certain level of professionalism from all it's employees. Be forewarned corporate does swing into these websites to see what people are gossiping about. If you do have an issue with someone report it to the Kroger ethics board. It's saved me a few times from bantering about the issue online. It solved the issue within 3 weeks or so.
It caught one of my employees stealing stuff and with me tipping them off it led into an investigation and within a year or so he/she was gone.
