The other day I had a scenario where one was leaving decided to hop out of the area not not tell any one. So their post was abandoned for a few minutes. Customers confused and line starting to form. Instead of telling the plus one extra individual on duty that it's time to swap places they instead they make a belittling remark and told the extra individual that wasn't needed in that area and ask rudely why they weren't assisting customers. They snap their fingers and point rudely, point and walk off after they've clocked off. Gee thanks it might of been nice to know you walked off rather than insult me.

To add on: I've never worked at a store that allowed an employee to do such a belittling behavior. She's being talked to it repeatedly by our fes now because they're sick of it.  She's more pissed than normal but super quiet. She's not friendly and she bullied me for the first few months of transferring to this location.

 I don't know what this gal's problem is towards me but she's pretty much been an ass to me since day one and I've tried every thing to get her to like me and she's just a bit.ch to me.

 Somehow rude, do not you think? And what exactly did you do to please her? Maybe you did something wrong?
