Setting a category up on Cao

I scanned Lows and holes and it came back category not set up on CAO.   Is there a way to set up a category so I can be automatically ordered?

Never seen that message before.  Usually it will say "unauthorized" or something similar.

Did it say Category or Cat(as in catalog)?

What did you scan?
