Find another company unless you wanted to be treated like garbage your whole career, work with people who demean,belittle and undermine you your whole career, promotional favoritism period, work in departments with people who bi*tch all damn day, minimum wage for 5+ years at a full 40 if you're lucky, few rights if at all against customers and all the bull sh*it you have to deal with, zero career promotional opportunities, prior work experience, education and knowledge = nothing to this company (you could have a bachelor degree and be a friggen courtesy clerk for 5+ years without any chance of getting out of it),

Customers are damn racist at my store and the employee(s) are being treated like **** and being written up for being them.

You got the rewarding part right. 25 years I chose a Android tablet. It is useless came with an old version of Android I don't think it can be updated I am going to look into it. But when it was given to me the manager act like he could care less that I was a 25 year employee. He did not give it out in the huddle like they used to do employee's. But I am out of this awful place now. I knew when 2019 started my resolution was to be out by the end of the year and I have meet the resolution. I might have to go back to work soon but it want be Kroger. I may go to a local owned Grocery Store and bag groceries because that is one thing I am good at is bagging.
