It seems like they like to drag their feet on legit complaints-were you ever successful in your submission and what eventually happened to your complaint?

Yep, in my store, there was a complaint about a CSM who was sleeping with one of her employees (who was married). She also showed him favoritism. They were both called in and it blew up big time. She was transferred. The funny thing is the two of them were pissed as hell that they got in trouble, but they had both been telling everyone. One even posted about it on Instagram. Then they were going around trying to figure out how they got busted. I sat back thinking "Stupid idiots! It was YOU! You told everyone!!" But anyhow, my friend who is also a CSM turned them in. She said that the two of them were pulled into the director's office about two days after she reported them.

they will only handle lower level employee.  anyone above department manager is untouchable, no matter what they do. our DM has multiple valid ethic complaints - all the way up to physical harassment and nothing has been done to him.

Customer was verbally harassing me and I said enough after she filed a complaint against me. She started it all. I was not her b-i-tc-h and she made it so. I'm sorry but we didn't sign up for that b.s. I filed a complaint after a nasty incident and got them to change some policies on how to handle nasty customers verbally ripping into them.
