The most you can do is apply at another kroger store. Some stores really enforce the rules. While others do not. Some people get lucky and slip through the cracks their whole career. While others do not. Hopefully they did not flag you in the computer system as non rehireable. Did you file a grievance procedure with the union? Or did they just call the store and say "Hey what happened?" Your union rep is to fight for your job regardless of how much you f*'ed up.
