My store was like that for a while. I filed ethics complaints left and right until they got their act together. A click ran my store heavy until I reported the b.s. they did to me and others until they accepted you into the family. Bull s-h-i-t that's favoritism regardless of what label you try to slap on it. If the rules are being slapped on you heavier than others go to the manager if the manager doesn't give a s'h'i't then go to the ethics board.
