They got my order all wrong I am so upset this is not the first time this has happened. And this is the email I just sent to Kroger.

Ordered from Click list last few times order not correct. Substituting things and not sending a text for me to Approve. I order Mc Cormack Chili Mix they gave me Carol Shelby's Chili Kit. Today is Sunday there is no Reason Mc Cormack should be out of stock. I know Grocery Truck came to this store last night and it should have been in stock. I used to work this location and I know when the truck comes.  Last few times I have had these types of issues. I also added some things to my order like Milk and I got the email confirming the update But I did not get the Milk. And I ordered Sauvé Body Wash and Shampoo and they gave me Sauvé Shampoo and Conditioner. I was not charged for the Milk but I did get the email telling me updates are confirmed. This is not the first time this happened. I think I will start shopping Wal Mart. If this town had a Publix I would shop there.

 Hello i386:

I apologize if this is offensive, but WHY are you shopping Clicklist?  Are you having problems walking, such as bad knees or a bad hip?   Clicklist is so OVERRUN now with customers under the fear of Covid running rampant, and,  so many people getting used to the luxury of having other people shop for them, Kroger stores don't need any more people to shop Clicklist unless they really, really, really have to!!  JMHO.

I shop click list because I am a caregiver for my mother who has health problems. I also am high risk myself, I really rather go in but right now me being high risk I feel like it is unsafe.

I understand they are overrun but Kroger needs to do something about this. I am now a real customer and I feel like they could do better. But I am sure they will not do anything.

If you weren't in the store don't act like you know what items were on the grocery truck...

The clicklist should be designed like a NASCAR pit stop.

Yelling at people to do this or that is not the same thing as a design.

I just know what items should have been. But basically my point was I should have got a text to approve subs. And yes my phone was in I got text reminding me to pick the order up.

Sorry to offend you but I am sure you would also be upset. And getting a text saying order was updated and then items not on. The receipt they gave me has so much junk on it I cannot tell if I was charged or not. I am waiting on a reply back maybe things can be settled.

You do realize warehouses have been having issues keeping product in stock, right?

That was in reply to the troll.

I got a response from who ever and they have issued my a $5.00 credit. Is that the best they can do? It cost more than $5.00 for me to drive to Kroger. They did not even acknowledge about the products being added and not getting them. I figured they could see where I added to the order and look into why I did not get the items. Like I said this has happened more than once and yes I am clicking submit changes because like I said I got an email telling me order was updated. Maybe I made the mistake telling them I used to work at Kroger.

I didn't think that would affect their response.

It seems like Clicklist is endless turn over and horror stories, and especially from the perimeter departments forced to fill in for them.

Since you are a former employee, it seems like this shouldn't be so shocking.

That is not shocking but it is also no excuse they could do better but Kroger does not care I guess.

When did you place the order? When did you add the items the order? You can't add anything to it the day you are picking up.

I know i'm taking your bait at this point.

I added it a few minutes after I put it in. I always add things just about every time because I forget or I think of something else I need.

Clicklist is so poorly run. Other departments are sick of constantly bailing them out. Why is this?

Did he not just say he was high risk and a caregiver for his mother? I thought that's what it read. How hard is it for Clicklist to get an order right? Damn....EVEN insta-cart will notify customers if something they ask for is out of stock and if they want a substitute.

Used Walmart pickup today they are funny putting small things one thing in a bag. I had small items several items one items in a bad. And then they don't put my milk in a bag. That is not saving bags when they use so many for the small items. Also when you arrive at Walmart you call the number they come right out they don't wait until their fartnight game is over or they don't sit inside smoking weed they come right out.
