Being cut throat is how you move up the food chain and keep your job. Any job for that matter.
My store manager stepped backwards from DM to store manager. Only took a week for him to ruffle every feather in the store of 200+ employees.
He doesn't bother me but his personality and methods are definitely off the charts.
Anyone in Delta know if that old b Portia is still around as DM? She was the most disrespectful, hateful old hag that I ever had the misfortune of meeting. And thats saying something.
