Is there any way to contact an Associate Resource Group?

I've been working here for a while now and when I was first hired the HR manager told me they had associate resource groups and looking online I can find snippets of information about them but I cannot find any way to contact any of them. Am I misunderstanding the point of an associate resource group, or are the groups just figments of corporate people employees imagination?

 Never heard of that. Maybe they cut it out like they have so many other things

 The phrase "associate resource group" means (to my way of understanding)  merely  "a group of people who may be able to help employees in some way".  That sounds like the "Our Promise" Team, or whatever they are called now.    Or (if you have a lot of faith in your local Kroger union), maybe the union could be considered as a "resource" . But my overall opinion of the Union is not too good. 

Otherwise, never heard of it.

The company makes up stuff, orders that it be a thing with no resources and only lunatic balderdash for guidance, then forgets it and makes up more stuff.  If you try to keep track of everything you will find it looks like the insane notebooks kept by mental homeless people.  It trips us up with time wasting nonsense and provides opportunities for one way feedback when we ask for help.
