Giving away shifts

Is there a way to have someone pick up my shifts. I tried to request time off one week in advance and they did not allow me to do so. Now I need two shifts covered, but I'm not sure how to go about giving them away.

You can give away shifts but if your taker choses to be a no show it falls on you. I've learned not to hand away shifts or pick up any more. Not worth it. Just update your availability in esced. You can generally ask people in your store to pick up the shifts. Hours are super cut right now so they're either a) not getting enough or b) being over worked. If all fails and no one wants to take your shifts you can generally get the manager to agree to skipping your shift. If that fails: If you have good attendance: Call out sick. Assumingly it's 1-2 days if more then you should of put in a request for one day off in esced.
