This company behaves so nicely when almost anyone can do better than to work here, plus a new union contract is needed. I let the union know what my concerns were. Trying to get the company to stop being such an conniving bully looks pretty hopeless. They have been behaving better but it is like a really dastardly criminal dressing sharp. They will violate the contract secretly when they like, so ... what?
