Don't strike, walk out

You read that right.

Working conditions, wages and hours---especially for you newbies---are horrendous. The benefits, if you even qualify for any, aren't any better. Think that joke of a union gonna help you? Like all unions in this country they've been bought by the companies you're paying them to fight.

So. By pass them, form your own strategy with your co workers, and on a reeeeeeally busy day, just....poof. Say 'toodles!' and leave. Phones will blow up, and at that point present these people with your list of demands.

Before you dismiss this as crazy and impossible, ask yourself: what really have you got to lose? Are things in that business getting better---or worse? Are they likely gonna change for the better? There are better jobs out there, are you that afraid to even look for them?

It's your life and your right. They make all the money while you take all the abuse. You've got everything to gain and nothing to lose.
