Dear Kroger:

Your staffing issues are still horrid at the store level. Fu-c-k you for going back to "normal" before covid hrs. We went to reduced hrs due to staffing shortages. A couple years later and it's still pretty fu--cken bad. Now it's going to get even worse because you bi--tches don't give two shi--ts about your people running the store at the store level that pays your damn paychecks. Most of our parameter departments still have closed signs periodically through out the day. Lines at the registers are growing longer and cashiers get to listen to customer bit--ching and grumbling about why they have to wait in line. customers already highly dislike sco and they'll rant a bi--tch fu-ck you storm when they're forced to take <15 item orders through it. In my time now you want associates to do daily fu--cken tasks on the hand held? Fu--ck! NO! We barely have enough time to do our jobs. If you make me do another daily task I'm posting on tick tock me giving this app the middle finger while tossing it on the flore and destroying it.

You forgot to write "Don't bother replying, because I don't read replies to my posts" at the end of your rant!!!

The rant is most likely is justified.....the question you should ask your department scheduler is how many hours are not scheduled? I'm guessing, Elms was adjusted and you have enough staff for the new slotted hours....so not "short staffed".
