1. They took away the price check devices that were scattered around the store and put up signs telling customers to use the Kroger app on their phones to check the price of an item.
2. After being unable to get any cinnamon bun logs to make colossal coffee cakes for several days, we were told that those were a seasonal item. I'm sorry but after doing them every day for over 20 years, they're suddenly a seasonal item? Exactly what season is coffee cake season?
Yeah I hate the Kroger app where customers have to look up the price? Why font they build a price scan by each department? It'll be faster and easier then customers stopping to ask a busy employee about the price and half the time we don't be knowing till after!
