If the department manager is sueing this employee for manager's loss of money because the manager is bribing...why nobody is blowing the whistle on this department manager?

Your post doesn't make a lot of sense, but I do want to take issue with your statement about former President Trump (3rd paragraph above).
President Trump is NOT a racist, has NEVER been a racist, and NEVER WILL be a racist. He simply told the simple truth. Truth is sometimes very unpleasant and some people hate to hear it. The Coronavirus 2019 (Covid 19 virus) originated from Wuhan, China (a huge city of 11 million people). That is where it was first reported, and when people started getting sick and dying from the virus. It was no secret where it came from. The common ordinary Chinese people couldn't help that. Trump is not blaming the Chinese people. He understands that most of them are just ordinary hardworking people with their own set of problems, just like the average American. He was simply stating that the virus originated in China.
There is no doubt about that fact by anyone who has done the slightest bit of research. It's simply a fact. Scientists can't agree on whether the virus originated from a sophisticated research lab located in Wuhan, or perhaps in a "wet market" (outdoor food market that sold live animals) in the city. But it started in Wuhan or that general area.
When a person states a simple fact, it isn't fair for others to accuse him of racism. But they do, because their agenda is to twist the truth, SMEAR certain people, especially people who they don't agree with on politics. Leftists and Trump-haters will do everything they can to make Trump look bad, and downplay anything that makes him look good. You didn't (and won't) hear much of anything on the news about Trump's efforts to forge peace-making deals between some of the the Arab countries and the state of Israel when he was president.
Because that was a positive thing that showed Trump was trying to do something GOOD and DECENT for humanity. No, the media tried to hush up news about those peace deals (that previous United States presidents had been unsuccessful in doing) because it didn't jive with the standard official media narrative that Trump was so horrible!! Those same people who now try to downplay how bad Biden is and what his policies are doing to our great country --- policies that are running it into the ground.
There are customers whom claim they deserve discount because they are trump supporter...an kind note, trump supporters make his "American products" so we should get discount.
This is why we have a union to back us up in sh--it like this. They'll fight to protect us in the situation where we get "thrown under the bus" so to speak.
